Single capture

One visit. Full deliverable. No ongoing commitment required. The right starting point for a first thermal capture, a construction milestone, or establishing a baseline on a new asset.

Every single capture produces the same structured report as a monitoring program visit. The data is yours to use for your own maintenance, insurance, and reporting needs. If you want ongoing comparison over time, sign up for a Monitoring Program instead.

Monitoring program

A single flight tells you what's wrong today. It can't tell you what's getting worse. Scheduled captures at agreed intervals compare every visit against the baseline, so new anomalies are visible immediately and known ones are tracked for progression.

Think of it like a regular check-up: catching a developing fault early avoids the output loss and repair cost of finding it late. A program also builds a documented condition history your team can use for warranty claims, insurance, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance.

One report, delivered after every visit - whether a one-off capture or a visit within a Monitoring Program. It's the single document you hand to your maintenance, O&M team, insurer, or lender.

What's in the report

Full-site RGB and thermal imagery, presented in context - not raw files you have to interpret yourself
Full-roof or full-site orthophoto for spatial reference
GPS-located anomaly identification and severity classification, where thermal capture is included
Flight conditions, sensor specifications, and methodology
Findings summary and recommended next steps

3D Point Cloud & Surface Model

Available where nominated in the Order Form. Supports volume calculations and structural reference for complex or multi-structure sites. Delivered as a separate file alongside your report.

Raw & Processed Data Files

GeoTIFF, KMZ, and CSV anomaly exports aren't included by default - useful if your team runs its own GIS or asset management software. Available on request for either a one-off capture or a Monitoring Program, at an additional cost.
